Tramar Lacel Daillard
Tramar Lacel, better known as his stage
name Flo Rida (American rapper, singer and songwriter), is a Carol City,
Florida-based artist, composer, and songwriter. His 2008 hit single
"Low" was a top-ten hit for 10 consecutive weeks across the United
States. It also set a record for the sales of digital downloads at the time.
The debut album by Flo Rida called 2008's Mail on Sunday reached number four in
the United States. R.O.O.T.S. succeeded the album in the year 2008. His next
albums, 2010,'s Only One Flo (Part 1) and 2012's Wild Ones, also charted on the
US Billboard 200 chart. Flo Rida has sold nearly 80 million records across the
globe which makes him one of the most successful artists of music. His catalog
includes the internationally smash songs "Right Round", "Club
Can't Handle Me", "Good Feeling", "Wild Ones",
"Whistle", "I Cry", "G.D.F.R. ", as well as
"My Home". Mail on Sunday, Flo Rida's debut album came out in March
of 2008. The album's first single, "Low", was featuring T-Pain. This
song was also included in the soundtrack for Step Up 2: The Streets.
"Low" was ranked as No. "Low" was No. 1. on the Billboard
Hot 100 charts. "Elevator", with Timbaland, "In the Ayer"
featuring will.i.am as well as "Roll" with Sean Kingston, charted on
the Hot 100, as well as other charts. Mail hosted a variety of guests special
guests on Sunday. Timbaland was the producer behind the second single
"Elevator" was also featured on the track. Rick Ross, Trey Songz and
Trey were also featured. Lil Wayne appeared on the track "American
Superstar" as well as Sean Kingston appeared on the J. R. Rotem-produced
"Roll" that was co-written by Compton rapper Spitfiya. Birdman,
Brisco and Yung Joc are also performers. "Money Right" featuring Rick
Ross and Brisco was originally planned to be the fourth track. But, it was
scrapped by Flo Rida's upcoming studio album, R.O.O.T.S. The singer recorded
his second collaboration with T.Pain, "I Bet" and his collaborative
work with Trina (titled "Bout It").
